The word "doula" originates from the Greek word meaning “woman servant” and that wis our priority; to serve you however, wherever, and whenever we are needed most. We want your voice to be heard; We want to defend your rights as a birthing mama; We want to genuinely consider your wishes. Our job is to provide you with a variety of evidence-based information so that you can make your own informed decisions regarding your birth and postpartum journey.

Prenatal Visits
A time to build a relationship with your doula, prepare for your birth, and help you feel confident and informed as you approach labor. We will get to know your birth preferences, discuss comfort measures for labor, educate you on the stages of labor, help your partner feel involved and confident, and more.
Labor & Birth Support
The transition into life with a newborn is a beautiful but often challenging season. Our support is designed to help your family feel rested and cared for. We will help you process your birth experience, offer newborn care and education, support feeding, offer light housework, send resources and referrals as needed, and more.
Postpartum Care
Your doula will provide continuous support throughout active labor and birth, help you feel supported, encouraged, and confident every step of the way. We will offer emotional, physical, informational, and spiritual support, suggest comfort measures, advocate when necessary, offer clear communication, and more.
What is the difference between a birth doula and a postpartum doula?
A birth doula provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the immediate postpartum period. Your birth doula helps you prepare for birth, understand all your options, feel confident in you decisions, and receive compassionate support during labor.
A postpartum doula supports families after birth as they transition into life with a new baby. Postpartum doula support may include newborn care education, feeding support, light household chores, meal preparation, and helping parents feel rested, confident, and cared for during those early weeks and months.
